Processing Time

All orders go through order verification, quality inspection, and careful packaging before being shipped.

Orders are typically dispatched from our fulfillment center within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Please note that during periods of high order volume, processing and shipment may be delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the period from when your order leaves our fulfillment center to when it arrives at your delivery address.

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Expedited Shipping: 5–8 business days


Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time includes both processing and shipping time:

Standard Delivery: 8–18 business days
Expedited Delivery: 5–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, holidays, customs clearance, or carrier delays.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or international post office box addresses. All deliveries must be made to a valid street address.

Standard Shipping
Orders $0.00 – $59.99 USD
Shipping Fee: $10.00 USD

Expedited Shipping
Shipping Fee: $20.00 USD

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your package by clicking the “Track Package” link in the confirmation email.

Tracking updates are usually available within 24–48 hours after shipment. During peak shipping periods, carriers may experience delays in tracking updates.

If you cannot locate your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team for assistance.


Damages & Lost Packages

BabyMollys is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required during the claim process.
